Job Summary
Behavioral Technician in Atlantic County, NJ providing non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center. Typically 40 hours/week with 2–4 hour evening shifts. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Support Plans, conducting ADLs assessments, applying de-escalation strategies, submitting visit notes, and engaging clients in growth activities. Certifications required within 6 months (NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification; pursuing RBT within 6 months). Must be Authorized to work in the U.S. and have a valid NJ driver’s license; bilingual Spanish encouraged. $300 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
- Must be working towards Registered Behavioral Technician Certification within 6 months of hire
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
- Must pass state and federal background checks
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) encouraged
