As Beauty Team Leader, you will lead the team to drive sales and department initiatives with a strong passion for beauty, providing an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include guiding team performance, executing merchandise sets, maintaining expert knowledge of products, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met. You will foster client loyalty by engaging and fulfilling their needs and providing training opportunities for team members. Additionally, you will handle inventory management and support various operational tasks within the department.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of Client-facing retail or service industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
