Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change per established procedures, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store shrink reduction goals and participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
