As the Beauty Lead Advisor, you will drive sales by engaging clients and team members with a consultative approach while maintaining expert knowledge of beauty brands. Key responsibilities include guiding the Beauty Team, ensuring adherence to visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and providing an excellent customer experience. You will act as a liaison between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisors, and must have a passion for beauty along with 3 years of experience in the retail or service industry.
