Job Summary
Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments while responding to basic account inquiries and resolving common issues. Maintain a professional demeanor in appearance and communication, and learn bank policies to ensure transaction security and compliance. Support team members in day-to-day tasks and complete other assigned duties as needed. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to develop fundamental banking skills within a community-focused environment.
