Full Time Bakery Clerk

Proof and bake unfinished bakery goods using ovens and other equipment, unpacking freezer items and displaying proper quantities based on production charts. Package freshly baked goods, decorate special orders, and rotate/store products following food safety and freshness policies. Receive and inspect bakery shipments, generate price tickets, and ensure accurate pricing. Clean and sanitize equipment, display fixtures, and food surfaces while maintaining club standards. Answer member calls, take special orders, and recommend bakery items. Maintain a safe, positive environment and adhere to all club policies and procedures.
