Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized atmosphere focused on safety and cleanliness. Prepare and stock baked goods according to store policy, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper product rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized, and report any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Maintain acceptable product conditions and monitor floor conditions to protect customers and staff. This role supports the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the Renfroe mission statement across the team.
