Full Time Baker

Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards while managing proofing, baking, and cooling schedules to keep product flowing all day. Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen, monitor inventory to flag ingredient needs, and ensure every item meets presentation standards before leaving the kitchen. Work closely with front-of-house staff to keep the case stocked and coordinate order timing, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. This role requires previous baking experience preferred, comfort in a fast-paced environment, availability for early morning shifts and weekend rotation, and a Food Handler certification.
