Assist in developing a store atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding the highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Complete daily tasks to ensure customers feel welcome, including removing merchandise from carts, bagging items safely, and delivering orders to customers' cars. Return merchandise to shelves, gather and restock carts, and maintain a clean parking lot. Locate products for cashiers and conduct price checks. Adhere to store guidelines to reduce bag usage while ensuring product integrity, and report all safety risks, including robbery, theft, or fraud. Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
