Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; orchestrates truck delivery and flow of goods to the sales floor; maintains backroom organization and replenishment; monitors productivity and provides coaching; ensures adherence to labor laws, safety, and company policies; promotes customer service and a positive store environment; collaborates with management on training needs and recognizes/addresses priorities. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lift heavy objects and train others.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
