Job Summary

As a Full-Time Backroom Coordinator at TJX, you’ll execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles, organize back stock, and maintain cleanliness and recovery standards in the backroom. You’ll monitor productivity, communicate priorities with management, support safety and compliance programs, and contribute to a positive customer experience through effective team coordination and guidance. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year retail experience
  • 6 months of leadership experience
