Job Summary
Full Time Backroom Coordinator at TJX family brands (Marshalls/TJ Maxx/HomeGoods) responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, organizing backroom operations, training Associates on merchandising principles, coordinating truck deliveries, tagging and stocking items, maintaining orderly backstock and signage, and promoting excellent customer service while upholding safety and labor-compliance policies. Key duties include supervising workflow to ensure timely flow of goods to the sales floor, coaching team members, maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards, and supporting store initiatives and safety programs.
