Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, orchestrating truck deliveries, training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and stocked, maintaining the backroom organization, and promoting safety and compliance. Must promote a positive customer experience, collaborate with management to address priorities, monitor productivity, and support store goals including shrink reduction and adherence to labor laws. Strong communication, multi-tasking, and team-oriented skills required; ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
