Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Saraland. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen; stay up-to-date on new products; report maintenance issues; complete in-house training; handle opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and company rules; contribute to a positive dining experience through teamwork and customer service; must be able to multitask and work a flexible schedule; lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
