Full Time Audiologist

Job Summary
The Audiologist will diagnose, manage, and treat hearing loss in an adult and geriatric population. Responsibilities include establishing rapport and counseling patients, dispensing hearing aids and assistive listening devices, ensuring patient success through realistic expectations, maintaining patient flow with the audiology team, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, performing immittance testing (tympanometry, acoustic reflexes, decay, otoacoustic emissions), conducting hearing aid consultations and maintenance, performing verification and validation via Real Ear Measurements, recommending assistive listening technology and custom hearing protection when warranted, supporting department marketing initiatives, billing and coding services, and collaborating with the Director of Audiology to improve protocols and patient care. The role is full-time with core hours Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with travel to designated locations as determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience practicing audiology
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
- Board Certification in Audiology or ability to maintain Board Certification upon hiring through the American Board of Audiology
- Current Audiology License in state of Florida, OR ability to obtain FL licensure before start date
- Experience with Counsel Ear and third party programs preferred
- Experience with and knowledge of multiple manufacturer hearing aids and fitting software
