Job Summary
Lead the store in driving top-line sales and profitability by managing customer situations, enforcing policies, and maintaining visual standards. Coordinate daily operations, including floor supervision, merchandise flow, and stockroom organization, while coaching sales associates on performance and company directives. Ensure all team members deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by recognizing outstanding work and escalating issues as appropriate. Work 32-40 hours weekly with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Balance a strong management presence with approachability to foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week

- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
