Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all team members deliver an engaging, positive customer experience. Manage daily operations by holding associates accountable for policies, procedures, and safety practices while coaching on performance and providing feedback. Prioritize tasks to meet operational needs, maintain merchandise flow and stockroom organization, and escalate customer situations as appropriate. Work 32-40 hours weekly with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week

- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
