Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Manage daily operations by coaching sales associates, delegating tasks, and holding staff accountable for operational goals and customer experience metrics. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, escalate issues as needed, and maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom environment. Work 32-40 hours weekly with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Lift up to 35 pounds frequently and stand or walk for long durations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
