Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Pacsun responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store. Key duties include coaching and motivating employees, ensuring execution of KPIs, maintaining visual standards and merchandise flow, managing operations and safety programs, and delivering an engaging customer experience. Strong emphasis on leadership, product knowledge, and brand alignment with fashion trends. Must be able to cover non-peak periods as floor supervisor, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with leadership and associates to uphold policies and drive store performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in math and computer skills
- Ability to manage time and lead teams
- Experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
- Ability to balance management presence with approachability
