Job Summary
Conduct full-time veterinary practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with clinical autonomy, focusing on patient care rather than production quotas. Choose your workdays from a flexible 4–5 day schedule built in advance by a dedicated coordinator, while earning a guaranteed biweekly salary with options to convert extra shifts into additional PTO. Practice independently with ongoing mentorship from medical leadership and access to a veterinary social worker, supported by diverse clinical exposure in areas like surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
