Job Summary
Conduct full-time veterinary practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with clinical autonomy and a focus on patient care. Choose your work days from a flexible 4–5 day schedule while receiving a guaranteed biweekly salary, benefits, and dedicated scheduling support. Practice independently with access to medical leadership, mentorship, and a veterinary social worker to prevent burnout. Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
