Job Summary
Conduct full-time veterinary practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Build your own schedule by choosing specific days to work, with a dedicated coordinator handling logistics and ensuring consistent 4–5 day availability. Practice independently while receiving guaranteed salary, biweekly payment, and access to medical leadership, mentorship, and a veterinary social worker. Gain diverse clinical experience in areas such as surgery, dentistry, ER, or urgent care based on your interests.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
