Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal clinical practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with full clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Choose your workdays from a flexible 4–5 day schedule built in advance by a dedicated coordinator, while maintaining a guaranteed biweekly salary and access to diverse shifts including surgery, dentistry, and ER. Practice under the support of dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and a collaborative community of veterinarians, with optional access to a veterinary social worker for wellness.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
