Job Summary
Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care as a mobile Associate Veterinarian serving Orlando, FL and surrounding areas. Practice medicine independently with ongoing training and mentorship, delivering compassionate, patient-and-family-centered care in clients’ homes. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with ~3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, emphasis on work-life balance, and access to onboarding, mentorship, and a support center. Opportunities vary by schedule (4-day and 5-day options available with base salaries of $117,500 and $140,000 respectively; 3-day and part-time options prorated).
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Veterinary licensure in good standing
- ability to travel to client homes in Orlando area
- excellent client communication skills
- compassionate end-of-life care philosophy
- comfortable with hospice and euthanasia care
