Job Summary
In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role focusing on hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the St. Louis, MO area. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and opportunities for base salary with bonuses depending on schedule (4-day starting at $107,500; 5-day at $130,000). Emphasis on practice independence within Lap of Love’s veterinary hospice model and a culture of kindness with ongoing training and a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited institution
- Missouri veterinary license or eligibility to practice in Missouri
- ability to provide in-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care
- capacity to work in a mobile practice setting and travel to client homes
- strong communication and compassion for pets and families
