Job Summary
In-Home Associate Veterinarian opportunity in the St. Louis, MO area with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Mobile hospice veterinary care providing compassionate end-of-life services for pets and families, with flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, and full onboarding and mentorship. Roles include practicing veterinary medicine in clients' homes, delivering hospice and euthanasia care, and engaging with a supportive network of mentors and practice managers. Competitive base salaries for 4- and 5-day schedules (starting at $107,500 and $130,000 respectively) with additional bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time options prorated. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active veterinary license in good standing (MO)
- ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- comfortable with practicing independently within Lap of Love model
- excellent communication and compassion for families
