In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the Richmond, VA area. Practice medicine independently with ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and a supportive management team; flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, prioritizing work-life balance and compassionate care. Positions are available as 4-day and 5-day full-time opportunities in Richmond, VA with base salaries of $107,500 and $130,000 respectively, plus potential bonuses; 3-day full-time and part-time options are also available with prorated compensation. (Locations: Norge, VA and Richmond, VA; in-home mobile hospice practice.)
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited program
