Job Summary
Conduct small animal clinical practice across a network of partner hospitals with full autonomy and no production quotas. Manage diverse shifts including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care while building a predictable 4–5 day schedule with a dedicated coordinator. Earn a guaranteed biweekly salary with options to convert extra shifts into PTO or additional pay. Receive ongoing mentorship from medical leadership, access to a veterinary social worker, and a dedicated CE allowance. Practice independently with full DEA and controlled substance licensing support within a collaborative community designed to prevent burnout.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
