Job Summary
Conduct independent small animal clinical practice across a network of partner hospitals with full clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Build a predictable 4–5 day schedule by selecting preferred work days in advance, supported by dedicated scheduling coordination and medical leadership mentorship. Earn a guaranteed biweekly salary with options to pick up additional shifts for extra pay or PTO, while accessing diverse clinical experiences in surgery, dentistry, or ER as available.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
