Job Summary
Conduct full-time veterinary medicine across a network of partner hospitals, practicing independently with clinical autonomy focused on patient care rather than production quotas. Manage diverse clinical responsibilities including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care shifts while maintaining a predictable 4–5 day work week. Practice with confidence and strong client relationship skills, supported by dedicated medical leadership, mentorship, and access to a veterinary social worker. Earn a guaranteed biweekly salary with options to pick up additional shifts for extra pay or PTO.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
