Job Summary
Conduct small animal clinical practice across a network of trusted hospital partners with full clinical autonomy and no production quotas. Manage diverse shifts including surgery, dentistry, ER, and urgent care while building a predictable 4–5 day schedule through dedicated coordination. Practice independently with access to medical leadership, mentorship, and a veterinary social worker to support wellbeing. Earn a guaranteed biweekly salary with options to convert extra shifts into PTO or additional income.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or equivalent)
- Active license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA + controlled substance license (as applicable)
- 1+ year of clinical experience in a small animal setting
- Confidence practicing independently
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- GP, ER, or urgent care experience
- Internship training
