In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role in Hartford and surrounding areas. Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families with a patient, compassionate approach. Practice medicine independently within Lap of Love’s supported framework, featuring mentorship, onboarding, and 24/7/365 support. Manage a flexible schedule with 3–5 full days per week, delivering meaningful patient and client interactions (average 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day); focus on work-life balance while upholding high clinical standards. Compensation includes base salary with potential bonuses; opportunities for 4-day and 5-day full-time structures, plus prorated options for 3-day or part-time schedules in this market.
