Job Summary
In-home veterinary hospice role seeking a Full Time Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day workweeks with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Includes onboarding, mentorship, and 24/7/365 support. Base salaries start at $107,500 (4-day) and $130,000 (5-day) with potential bonuses; prorated compensation for 3-day or part-time schedules. Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from accredited veterinary school
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed as a veterinarian in Pennsylvania
- Experience in veterinary medicine preferred
- Comfort with in-home hospice and euthanasia care
- Strong communication with pet owners
- Ability to work independently with mentorship support
