Job Summary
In-home mobile veterinary hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the Boston, MA area. Independent practice with comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and 24/7/365 support, offering flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, and a balance between professional fulfillment and personal well-being. Opportunities include a base salary with potential bonuses, with 4- or 5-day full-time schedules starting at $117,500–$140,000, plus additional bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time positions prorated. Emphasis on compassionate, family-centered care and practicing veterinary medicine in a mobile, hospice-focused setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active veterinary license in good standing (DVM/VMD)
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care
- Strong communication with pet families
- Willingness to travel within Boston area for in-home visits
