Job Summary
In-home veterinary hospice role with Lap of Love seeks an Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in Worcester and surrounding areas. The mobile practice emphasizes autonomy within a supportive culture, mentorship, and flexible scheduling (2–5 days per week) to balance professional fulfillment with personal well-being. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality veterinary care in client homes, building meaningful client connections, and contributing to a practice that values purpose-driven medicine and work-life harmony. The position offers mentorship, onboarding, and opportunities across 3-, 4-, and 5-day schedule structures with base salaries and bonus opportunities based on schedule, in addition to prorated options for part-time arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Veterinarian license in good standing
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care
- Mobile/in-home veterinary capability
- Flexibility to work 3-5 day weeks as schedules vary
