Full Time Associate Veterinarian

Provide compassionate customer service to pet families as a Veterinary Care Coordinator in a fully remote role. Manage high-volume calls from a work-from-home environment, gather and document the pet’s medical information, and effectively schedule appointments. Deliver calm, proactive support for end-of-life and quality-of-life conversations, while upholding productivity, quality, and performance standards. Support veterinarians and maintain dependable, flexible, and timely service to pet families and the veterinary team. Include duties as assigned to ensure the highest standard of customer service.
