Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent professional degree
- Currently licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Illinois or eligible for licensure in IL
- Ability to provide in-home/mobile hospice and euthanasia care
- Strong communication and compassionate client interaction skills
- Experience or training in end-of-life veterinary care preferred
