Full Time Associate Veterinarian

In-home veterinary hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Worcester, MA and surrounding areas. Mobile practice offering flexible schedules (2–5 days/week) with an emphasis on compassionate, purpose-driven medicine, mentorship, and independent practice within Lap of Love’s supportive network. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality veterinary care in clients' homes, performing hospice and euthanasia services, and coordinating care with families—all while maintaining work-life balance in a mobile, in-home setting. Opportunities include a well-defined schedule, manageable caseload with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and potential bonus opportunities. Must be a licensed veterinarian with the ability to practice compassionate hospice care in MA.
