Job Summary
In-Home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role in Cincinnati/Bethel, OH, providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets with a flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule. You’ll practice independently within Lap of Love’s supportive network, delivering compassionate care to families with emphasis on work-life balance, mentorship, onboarding, and ongoing professional development. The position emphasizes meaningful patient-family interactions, 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day (with compensation structures ranging by schedule), and a focus on veterinary care outside traditional clinic walls. Salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time options available with prorated compensation. Location involvement includes Bethel and Cincinnati, OH (USA).
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- State veterinary license in Ohio
- Ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care in-home/mobile setting
- Experience in veterinary medicine and client communication preferred
