Job Summary
In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role in the Joliet-Kankakee, IL area, providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedule with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Emphasis on compassionate, client-centered care, independent practice within a supportive network, ongoing mentorship, onboarding, and access to a 24/7/365 support center. Opportunity to practice veterinary medicine outside a traditional clinic setting with meaningful partnerships with families and a focus on work–life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) license to practice in Illinois
- License to practice veterinary medicine in IL
- ABILITY to provide hospice and euthanasia care in patient interactions
- Active veterinary license and good standing
