Job Summary
In-Home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role providing hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, enabling a balanced, purpose-driven veterinary career. Join a veterinarian-founded practice offering mentorship, onboarding, and 24/7/365 support, practicing compassionate medicine in clients' homes rather than traditional clinics. Compensation includes base salary options based on schedule: 4-day positions starting at $85,000 and 5-day positions at $100,000, plus additional bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time prorated opportunities also available.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- Licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Wisconsin
- Experience in hospice and/or in-home veterinary care preferred
- Strong communication with pet families and clients
- Ability to perform humane euthanasia when appropriate
- Ability to travel to client homes in Green Bay and surrounding areas
- Comfort with flexible scheduling including 4-day and 5-day work weeks
- Mentorship and ability to work with a team virtually and on-site
