Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, allowing for meaningful, patient-centered care outside traditional clinic settings. Role supports independent practice with ongoing onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7/365 support center. Requires a DVM and NJ veterinary license; offers mentorship and a supportive culture with emphasis on work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Current New Jersey veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- Ability to perform hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a veterinary team
