Full Time Associate Veterinarian

In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role in the Washington, DC area (Edgewater, MD) with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Mobile veterinary hospice practice offering compassionate euthanasia and hospice care for pets, practicing outside of traditional clinics. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and opportunities for career fulfillment while maintaining personal balance. Compensation includes base salaries for 4- and 5-day schedules starting at $117,500 and $140,000 respectively, plus additional bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time options may also be available with prorated pay.
