Job Summary
In-Home, Associate Veterinarian role delivering hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in Green Bay, WI area; mobile practice with flexible 2–5 day/week schedules and an emphasis on work-life balance. You’ll practice independently within a supportive network of veterinarians, receive ongoing mentorship, onboarding, and access to a 24/7/365 support center. Compensation starts at $85,000 for 4-day schedules and $100,000 for 5-day schedules, with prorated options for 3-day and part-time opportunities, plus additional bonus opportunities. You’ll operate as part of Lap of Love’s mobile veterinary team, providing compassionate end-of-life care in clients’ homes across Green Bay and surrounding areas, contributing to a culture of kindness and professional fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- active veterinary license in Wisconsin
- ability to obtain Wisconsin state licensure
- experience or ability in veterinary hospice and euthanasia preferred
- excellent communication and compassionate client-care skills
