In-Home, Associate Veterinarian providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in Worcester, MA and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week scheduling with a focus on work-life balance, thorough patient-family encounters with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, comprehensive onboarding and mentorship, and support from practice managers and a 24/7/365 Support Center. This mobile veterinary role emphasizes practicing medicine with purpose, independence within a supportive team, and a path that honors professional fulfillment and personal well-being. Compensation for 4-day positions starts at $107,500 and 5-day positions at $130,000, with prorated options available for 3-day and part-time schedules; compensation varies by schedule. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts or able to obtain MA license
- In-home/mobile veterinary practice experience preferred
- ability to perform euthanasia and hospice care with compassionate communication
