Full Time Associate Veterinarian

In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role serving Grand Rapids and surrounding areas, focusing on hospice and euthanasia care with strong emphasis on compassionate, patient- and family-centered practice. You’ll operate in a flexible schedule (2–5 days per week, with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day), receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and contribute to a culture that prioritizes well-being and professional fulfillment while practicing independently. The role features a private-practice feel with support from Lap of Love’s network and a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 plus bonus opportunities, with prorated compensation available for shorter schedules.
