Job Summary
In-Home, Associate Veterinarian opportunity with Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice. Practice mobile hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families, delivering compassionate, patient-centered veterinary services in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas. Enjoy flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, meaningful patient and family interactions with around 3–4 un-rushed appointments daily, mentorship and onboarding support, and a base salary of $45,000 annually for part-time roles (with bonuses and benefits). This role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive network of veterinarians and practice managers, allowing you to practice medicine with purpose and balance outside of a traditional clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- valid veterinary license or eligibility to practice in North Carolina
- ability to perform euthanasia and hospice care as part of veterinary services
- customer-service oriented with ability to provide compassionate care to pets and families
