Job Summary
In-home mobile Associate Veterinarian role providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in the St. Louis, MO area (and surrounding areas). Flexible 2–5 day per week schedule with an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day. Opportunity to practice medicine with purpose, mentorship available, and a supportive team. Roles emphasize compassionate, client-centered care, independence in clinical decisions, onboarding and ongoing professional development, and the ability to deliver high-quality veterinary care in home settings; compensation includes base salary with bonus opportunities, with 4-day positions starting at $107,500 and 5-day positions at $130,000, plus prorated options for part-time schedules.
Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
- licensed or eligible to be licensed in Missouri/Illinois
- valid driver license
- reliable transportation
- ability to perform euthanasia with appropriate care and compassion
- excellent communication and client-relations skills
- comfortable with hospice-style veterinary care
- experience in mobile/in-home veterinary practice preferred
- ability to work independently with mentorship support
