In-home, mobile Associate Veterinarian role focused on hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area. Provide compassionate, patient-centered veterinary services outside traditional clinics, with flexible 2–5 day-per-week scheduling, an average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, ongoing onboarding and mentorship, and access to a 24/7/365 support center. Compensation ranges from a base of $85,000 for 4-day schedules to $100,000 for 5-day schedules, plus additional bonuses; 3-day full-time and part-time options are prorated. Required Qualifications
- DVM or equivalent required
- Active veterinary license in good standing in PA or ability to obtain PA licensure
- Experience with hospice and euthanasia care preferred

- Strong communication and empathy for clients and pets
- Ability to work independently as a mobile/remote clinician
- Capacity to manage a flexible schedule (3-5 days per week)
- Comfort with the emotional aspects of end-of-life care
- Basic clinical competencies in small animal medicine
