Job Summary
In-home, associate veterinary role providing hospice and euthanasia care to pets and families in Grand Rapids, MI and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with a relaxed average of 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, enabling meaningful patient and family interactions. Mobile practice environment, independent but supported by onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7/365 support center. Opportunity to practice compassionate veterinary medicine with emphasis on work–life balance, professional fulfillment, and personal well-being. Must hold a DVM with active Michigan veterinary license and be able to perform in-home clinical services. Compensation includes base salary with potential bonuses and schedule-based variations (4-day positions starting around $85,000 and 5-day positions around $100,000; 3-day and part-time options prorated).
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Active veterinary license in Michigan
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Licensed to practice in Michigan (or eligible)
